Stood around for an hour and was ignored. Asked for help several times. As soon as someone else walked in they would ignore me and help other people. All I needed was 5-10 minutes of assistance. At one point I gave up and just wanted to check out; I couldn't even do that. Finally just left everything and walked out. I will be going to another shop. Biggest frustration was just feeling that I had wasted hours of my wife and I's time for no reason.
