We had an amazing time at Sandal's Montego Bay for our honeymoon. Swaby and Chaira were our butlers - they are truly masters of their craft. We never had to lift a finger the entire vacation. They anticipated our needs perfectly. We will definitely be requesting them in the future.
All of the food, service, and housekeeping was exceptional for our entire stay.
We would have never guessed that the resort was at 98% capacity - there were no lines and it didn't feel crowded. This is probably due to the service and organization of the staff. - via
