Not well staffed, which was their excuse for all the problems. Bars close early, slow but mainly friendly service, food was hit or miss but overall just okay. Property well kept. Pool bars we nice but they need more seating & umbrellas. No communication between departments so if you request something don't expect it. Plus we were never told at check in about the activities and managers cocktail party which was disappointing since we had a concierge who did pretty much nothing. So you decide have a good time. - via
