I booked a utv excursion over the phone and was charged but never received a email confirmation. So after a $80 Uber to this place they told me they couldn’t find my reservation. Customer service was terrible. They didn’t offer us anything even tho I had proof the money was taken out of my account. Time wasted and money wasted. - via
