Very unhappy. We booked (and paid) with them months ago for a deep dive but at the last moment they tried to force us to switch
to a shallow dive as we "hadn't bene diving recently enough" Sorry but its not our fault COVID screwed over travel for the last few years so of course we haven't been diving recently. But as experienced divers who have been certified for over 16 years you'd think this wouldn't be an issue. No we are not interested in paying the same amount for a shallow 30ft dive that we are capable and will free dive on our own. Extremely poor service to do this a less than 2 weeks away as well. Instantly canceled our trip and went with one of the many more reasonable dive groups in the area. Stay away unless you're ok with paying to shallow dive because someone arbitrarily decides you're not good enough at the last moment. - via
