Literally throwing up all night due to food poisoning and asked if we could switch our paid for dives to the next day. They said absolutely not and no refunds. Wasn’t asking for a refund just a little compassion. This place has gone downhill and fast. Funny thing is we had company coming in and we’re going to dive for another four days with them. Will be using someone else for our business now. Just a shame the ethics at a place like this. Will definitely be sharing with my home shop that takes multiple trips a year here. - via
