Over the past few years, this place has become such an integral and monumental part of my life. From my early certifications, to my Divemaster Internship, and eventually to my IDC course, I have been thoroughly impressed through it all. The mission of the school not only teaches you the beauty of the ocean, but they put safety and all of PADI’s guidelines and standards first and foremost. I have been lucky enough to dive with all of the instructors, each who continue to teach me something new. My favorite part of the staff here is they all lead with quality but offer their own unique passion for diving as well. CDS has found a way to work with all students aligning patience, love, and excitement for all of their dive needs. Not everyone is the same or has the same needs, so I love how CDS is able to cater to that while maintaining complete professionalism. Having traveled to many other places for recreational diving, there is no doubt in my mind that Cozumel Dive School goes above and beyond with all their dive operations, classes, and courses. Spending significant time at the school over the past few years, I have seen the hard work and commitment the Owner and his staff continue to implement into all their curriculums, programs, and all around movement of this school. This truth really blew me away this past spring when I recently became a Certified Dive Instructor at the IE. There were many examinees, and then there was us from CDS. There was no comparison. We were beyond prepared, and we owe that to what this school offers and provides. I came here initially to learn how to dive. I have left every time a better diver but also a better human. I am so grateful to have found this school and to continue to learn from Ken, Kaja, and others involved who have become mentors and even more so, family. I owe so many thanks for their kindness, patience, and the strong ethics they hold for running a business. Thank you so much CDS for changing my life over and over. - via
