The crew didn’t give me dive weights when I was told they were going to. Then they told me to jump in the water for my first dive, but I couldn’t dive down because I was floating.
So captain Ryan picks me up and refuses to let me back in the water for my dive saying “it’s too dangerous because the current is too strong.” Well I was fine with that for safety purposes, but then he refused to give me a half/partial refund for missing an entire dive when it was HIS decision to not let me back in the water to complete the dive. When I asked him for a partial refund at the end of the trip, he said, “No, and get off my dock.”
Take your money elsewhere. Narcosis dive company has much more and better reviews. - via
