So we just left this place (@7:13pm, well after hours) and it was absolutely PHENOMENAL! We are preparing to go out of town tomorrow and we were unfortunately running behind, and forgot that we needed to get new snorkel gear. We reached out to one of the owners, Dawn, and asked if it was alright if we still came as we wouldn't arrive until just after closing due to traffic. Dawn offered to wait for us to arrive and provided exceptional service thereafter.
Her Husband and Co-owner, Bert, took very good care of us. He made sure to give us an array of options and even explained the differences, similarities and unique features of each one. I eventually got it down to 2 different options and just couldn't decide. They were both very supportive and continued to point out the differences for me and coach me through making the right decision for me. Dawn was really patient and assured me that I couldn't make a bad decision as both of the masks I selected were a great option and a great fit.
After much deliberation and an hour and change flew by we walked out with two new snorkel sets and huge smiles on our faces. Thank you so much Bert and Dawn! We get to do our favorite activity on our trip because of your kindness and compassion. Don't walk RUN, to Divers @ Sea and allow Bert and Dawn to shower you with some good ol' southern hospitality. - via
