The staff and guides at Pocono Whitewater Rafting were on their A game. They were professional and friendly. I went with a group not too long ago and we had a blast. It was a bit cold when we went but paddling and wearing a full wetsuit (mandatory during fall) kept us warm. It was also an eye opening experience because the guides did instruct us that this was a Class 2 & 3 river and what to do should anyone fall off the raft. A group of Asian girls unfortunately had to experience that with 4 of them falling over in a rough part of the river. However, the group and guides all worked together and got each and every one of the girls out and onto a raft. Needless to say everyone got back safe, though I wouldn't recommend if you entire group are beginners. If some have experience, then you're good. I would definitely return to experience it during the summer. - via
