As this was my second time skydiving I had something to compare this experience to.
The premises upon arrival look very rundown and poorly maintained. It doesn’t give you a sense of safety.
The bathrooms stank of urine and lacked cleanliness.
The crew on ground are clearly all mates. They lacked professionalism and behaved in a very nonchalant manner.
My skydiving instructor was great. Very clear in his communication and comfortable to be around.
However he was under the impression that I hadn’t paid for video or photos so although he still took them, (they do this regardless) I felt that he didn’t ‘try’ because he thought I wasn’t purchasing the package. I was very disappointed with my video. It wasn’t worth the money.
My first skydive was in St Kilda Melbourne and it was a 5 star experience from start to finish. It’s a bit of a shame that skydive Australia do not maintain consistency across the different locations. - via
