Am contract de 3 ani...nu mi s-a golit pubela de 3 săptămâni.
La blocul meu,5 pubele au fost golite,a mea nu....3 săptămâni la rand aceeasi problemă....in conditiile in care aceeasi persoana le scoate PE TOATE si in strada,le trage si inapoi,la locul lor.
La telefonul unde ar trebui sa sesizam problemele nu răspunde nimeni niciodată.
Am mers la biroul din Chiajna,unde am găsit niște doamne cu ifose de divă, tari in gură de parca ceream pomană,si cu niște explicații aberante la orice problemă.
Mi-au cerut numărul de telefon sa ma sune sa îmi explice motivul situației....bineînțeles că nu au mai făcut asta...Nu stiu ce anchete,măsurători, amprente,analize trebuiau sa facă....dar au eșuat.
Am înțeles ca a fost un pretext sa scape de mine de acolo,dar mi se pare nesimțire ,tupeu și îngâmfare.
Banii ii iau cu două mâini...servicii....0.
