I recently went diving with a friend of mine whilst on holiday in Curaçao. I was very nervous but the owner really helped by explaining all the different techniques, taking me by the hand underwater and calming my nerves. I look back on it as a fantastic experience whilst overcoming my fear of the (deeper) ocean! - via
