TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!!! They’ve cancelled my bookings for 4 times. I had to leave Denmark and informed them in advance that if they will cancel my booking again a wouldn't be able to rebook it since I’m not in the country anymore. They answered that there’s nothing to do with that and canceled it again. I send them many emails and asked to make a refund or find a solution but they don’t answer anymore. They don’t have a phone number to call them. They’ve been silent for about 3 weeks now. My friend has the same situation. They are just fraudsters.
