Ordered an item online which was actually out of stock but this was not indicated at any stage of ordering. Would not have known this if I hadn’t called to find out about delivery. Was assured my item would still be delivered on time as they were due to receive stock on Thursday. I followed up on Friday, they said they had already shipped it to me and that I should have received tracking, I didn’t. They said they would resend it, they didn’t.
Didn’t receive the item by the time I needed it, attempted to call many different times during opening hours, went unanswered. Emailed many times, went unanswered. Requested a refund, got a response a few days later saying it was processed and would take 5 business days… 5 business days passed, still no refund, followed up again, finally received an email showing that the refund was only just initiated. Received the refund 2 days later.
No apology for the inconvenience from the business. Bad service. - via
