So i usually do not do this but people have to know about this. Me and my friend bought a groupon, this was going to be our first time skydiving and we love Glenwood Springs so we thought it would be awesome. Ok so first, i agree with one of the other comments, the owner through phone is rude as hell. He really does have horrible customer service and if I would of spoke to him before buying the groupon then more than likely i would of changed my mind and went somewhere else. Once we got to the actual place, the manager is a lot nicer in person but he really needs to learn to be friendly because he just sounded like a complete ass through phone. So we met our instructors and yes they were very helpful and informative buuuuuuuuuuuut the instructor that I got stuck with was hitting on me the whole frikkin time! He made so many inappropriate comments to me and im just like what the hell! I'm over here trying to feel comfortable and feel safe with the instructor before doing my first jump but he is not making that process easy. He even asked me for my number while I was on the plane! The most messed up part of this whole story is when all four of us got on the plane, there was a heavier set lady passing by who was planning on skydiving as well. Right away both instructors started talking so much crap about her like "Oh hell no im not skydiving with her! She's not even fit!" or "That lady looks like she hasn't skipped a Mcdonald's meal". Completely unprofessional - they sounded like complete assholes talking crap about a lady they didnt even know! Their unprofessionalism and horrible customer service is why they are getting one star. The jump itself was amazing! I had an awesome time with that - i plan on going again but definitely not with Independent Skydive Company. Oh yea, and the pictures are crap! The only reason I bought them was because it was my first time. Out of the 250 that were taken, about only 50 or less were good. I recommend spending a little more and going somewhere else. - via
