いざレジまで行くとブーツはあるがブーツに合う板がないと言われました。
仕方なく板もある大きめのブーツにしました。すると決済する方と貸出をする方の連携が取れておらず、もう無くなったと決済後、受け取ろうとした際に言われました。
スキーに変更すれば出来るがスノボは出来ないと言われました。
他のレンタルショップもあるが在庫の確認は自分で電話してくれと言われました。
返金してもらい電話しながら駐車場へ戻り山を下り別のレンタルショップで借りました。
かなりの時間をロスしてしまいました。
無いならブーツだけでなく板や貸し出しているもの全てをもっと早い段階で言って欲しかったのと、バイトだったとしてもきちんと連携を取って在庫管理して欲しかったです。
