I stayed at Le Blanc Cancun last year ('22) and was admired by the experience celebrating an anniversary with my wife. Upon completion of our stay, we were offered a "deal" at checkout that we could not refuse.
The deal was a $299 voucher that could be used for a return for 5 days and 4 nights for $2,399.
My wife and I are expecting and now are looking to book our baby moon in April- this time for the Los Cabos location. However, upon contacting them they said they cannot book our stay because of Holy Week.
This was not stated in the Terms and Conditions, in which I showed them. They obliged, but said that because this is Holy Week, we must book and pay an extra night.
HOW LUDICROUS!! One would figure they'd treat their guests with hospitality and kindness to their return/loyal guests.
Their poor business ethics and greedy practices guarantees I will no longer be staying at Le Blanc or Moon Palaces in the future.
