This is about the 4th time we have stayed at the resort but the last time being about 12 years ago!! The service and food has stayed excellent! Room 242 had excellent views of the sea and was very close to the beach. Staff were wonderful as always, from Ashraf making my grand daughter special pancakes and the best konafa you will ever taste, to Mahmoud our wonderful waiter and can't forget Chef Essam who always welcomed my grand daughter anf she always looked forward to going into the main restaurant! The people that cleaned our room did a great job, giving us many designs from towels! We shall definitely be coming back! - via
