Never Open! went 3 times to get gear and fill my tanks, both time, Cliffy was out to luch! 1 1/2 hour lunch on Saturday! called Aurora shop to see what's going on, perhaps they can call him. Nope! they told me to wait! So I will take all my gear needs and $$$ to Lighthouse in Seattle.
The customer service really sucks! was not like that when I got my certification thru them, 20 years ago, perhaps now they are only good to refill tanks and that is it! - via
