You cannot go wrong with these guys. It's wild life, so nothing is guaranteed - but we saw everything we could ask for incl. seahorses and turtles...

Got a PADI Open Water certificate with Barbados Blue Water Sport. They are close to Hilton, and uses their pool for pool-training. This is great for beginners, as this is a very safe environment. I would think that doing basic training in the sea could be challenging...
