Very relaxed thus highly professional Padi dive center on Gili Air. From the first contact via Facebook to diving - everything nice and easy. I contacted the dive centre and almost got an immediate response from Ilse (she and her partner Fred manage the dive centre). All my questions where quickly answered and after our arrival the checkin was easy going. Diving is done from their own boat, all the dive sites are within 20 minutes boat ride, so even just 1 dive is possible - lunch is included in the diving price. The equipment is well maintained and the local guides are very knowledgeable and helpful. We were diving with Liz and he did a great Job. The dive sites offer a good variation for all levels. For beginners it’s absolutely perfect as you can see a lot within the shallows - it’s hard to not see turtles on a dive, they are almost everywhere (green and hawksbill). In deeper parts > 20m you can even spot sharks.
One important point to note - it’s a smaller dive Center where you are treated like family, you are not a number and even beyond diving they offer advise! - via
