We were bought tickets for this while we visited queenstown. Our overall experience was amazing! The staff were really friendly and the whole process was really straightforward.
The staff made us feel really comfortable, they were super enthusiastic and encouraging. There's a little gate there to block you while they hook up the wires and I nearly walked through it without thinking but they're so strict about your safety so that's another win.
We purchased the digital video and photos as well. It seems overpriced at the time but considering how many people we've shown and the overall experience I think its totally worth it.
Also our tickets were bought off of bookme so it was a little bit cheaper but for sure would do this again and have been recommending it ever since!
