Alex and Rumblefish made the whole experience really enjoyable and safe. Prior to the tour Alex ensured we had the correct equipment and ran through what to expect. Rumblefish arranged transfer to and from our hotel and Chalong Pier where we boarded a large scuba diving boat full of excited divers and their instructors.
Alex ran through the dives, safety drill, safety hand signals and marine identification hand signals.
Once at the dive site he and my husband carried out one 30min training dive and another in which Alex took underwater videos and photos to capture this exciting day. Even though I didn't scuba dive, I did enjoy watching the others and half an hour of snorkling later in the day.
The crew supplied breakfast, lunch and drinks throughout the day.
A thoroughly enjoyable day out for everyone.
(Full disclosure the Rumblefish employee who took us on this "Introduction to Diving" is our son Alex. He came to Thailand in 2020 to complete a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), tried scuba diving for the first time at Rumblefish Kata, then completed his Dive Master, then Instructor course...he now works with them full time.
