Had an amazing time at Blackbird Caye Resort. The food was absolutely delicious. If you are a picky eater I recommend trying food you don’t think you would like because it might just surprise you. The chef was also great accommodating those with restrictions whether gluten free or dairy free. The plating was great!! The staff was entertaining. Bartender George with his magic tricks, the dive crew Abuelito and Simon were the picture duo of knowledge and humor. The diving itself was awesome!! The level of service was amazing! The housekeeping was great and prob the most under recognized. The grounds grew keeping the place looking great! - via
