We booked the half day glass bottomed snorkelling boat trip with Aladin. He was very helpful and kind in helping us book and looked after us really well. No issues paying and happy to take any currency (euro, gbp, Le) although the pay station on the main jetty preferred to work in euro. There’s also a hut half way down the beach to sort things out if you want to pay before you get to the jetty. I think you have to pay a deposit on the snorkels and fins too..
The captain and guides were lovely, the time went so fast we were having such a good time. The captain made sure we could see all the fish and checked that we were all happy before moving between each spot.
The only thing that made it uncomfortable was the onboard photographer taking photos and videos without really communicating what he was doing or being upfront about the costs of the packages. If you don’t want to spend a load of money on photos and have your own phone, camera or go pro (which is similar quality) then avoid the onboard photography. - via
