Our dive guide (Fer)Nando was amazing. We got to do three dives with him including two cenotes. He took his time to explain the differences between freshwater/cavern diving and encouraged us to improve our techniques. I did not know this but apparently lunch was included with our cenotes diving- the lunch was THE BEST part of our whole vacation. Again, Nando took his time to explain the local cuisine that we wouldn't have experienced otherwise. Leo was our second guide- he encouraged us to explore around within safe distances instead of keeping us in a tight group as some guides prefer. The boat/equipments appeared to be in good condition in comparison to what I observed in other dive shops. My only complain is the communication after the reservation. After I made a payment and reservation, it was quite unclear where to show up given there were so many Scuba Caribe locations. At the end, it all worked out, but it would have been nice if there were clear instructions (could have been a language barrier issue). All in all, I would use this diving company again, especially with Nando. - via
