If I had an option without a star, I would do it.
I had a terrible experience with Offroad ATV.
After a long drive with friends, we were met with horrible treatment from the staff.
The person in charge assumed we had alcohol in a closed container, which we did not, and proceeded to scream at us to leave.
When we tried to calmly explain ourselves, he continued to yell and embarrass us in front of everyone and called my friends the f word.
The attitude at this place is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting.
There is no sense of humanity or customer service at all.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
The staff member who yelled at us clearly has anger management issues and should not be working in customer service.
Stay far away from this place if you want to avoid being humiliated and disrespected. - via
