Among the best scuba centre there is in Malvan, affiliated with PADI institute. I did Discover Scuba diving course, which was amazing, safe. Staff was quite knowledgeable patient and friendly(Omkar and Kaustubh). I will recommend doing scuba from any PADI affiliated institutes rather than local cheaper options.
They even show a video about sign languages, safety techniques, and then teach it once again in shallow water.
Entire scuba kit was provided (with fins)!
