I am so glad that I chose Pathfinders for my first Europe Trip. We had 3 countries - France, Switzerland and Italy. Karan and his team are excellent at what they do. Jitubhai helped me thoroughly with Visa process and made sure that we get the Visa. Jenny is a rockstar tour planner. She understood my taste in detail and suggested me some unique places (Like Grindelwald in Switzerland). She was prompt and responsive throughout the tour whenever I needed her. I met many other Indian tourist there in Europe, but no one had a detailed itinerary I had. Jenny created a very detailed itinerary that was easy and smooth to follow. 15 days of our Europe trip were seamless, not a single glitch.
