nice contact with Rachelle about booking dives. there was one more day available so I was happy. super excited for the day and after asking if I could bring 1 extra person for an extra fee, the party was complete. 1 day prior to the agreed diving day there was an app message that no one can join anymore. apparently decided to fill the boat with other divers. I understand this from a commercial point of view but we had an agreement. payment was not the problem so why "our" seats to someone else? we were so looking forward to it with each other not alone because we are not alone on holiday .... very unfortunate that our diving experience in Mauritius had to end like this. next round looking for another company. - via
