We booked a bungalow with plunge pool for 4 nights and it was lovely. I honestly don't understand how some people can complain about this place. Sure, the common areas shouldn't be the main reason to book this place, as the restaurant is closed. However, you should go to this place for it's beautiful scenery and view, its tranquility and the kindness of all the staff members. The room was beautifully decorated when we arrived, and very clean. There is a nice balcony, on which breakfast is served to your room, at your preferred time. The staffmembers clean the pool (common pool and plunge pools) and room every day, and they will help you with anything. The location is a bit more remote, but that was something that we liked actually. You're surrounded by nature and locals, but every main spot is still only a short ride away. On the same road as the hotel, there are some nice restaurants and a beautiful spa (two angels). The road towards the villas is a bit bumby, but so are the roads on many other places on the island. We thought it was a little adventure every day :) Renting a motorbike is a necessity on this island, as some roads leading to nice spots are steap/bumpy. However we never felt unsafe driving a motorbike here, since the traffic is not very busy and everybody is careful. We highly recommend twin island villas! - via
