Přístupné lekce jsou od 6let,ale síla proudu je nastavena pro vsechny stejně a co uřídí 100kg chlap uz 50kg ženská hůř a 20kg dítko to odnese. Po padu se moc nepotlucete ani neutopite, ale voda v usich, v nose i ocich je jista. Lekce nám vyšla v 6lidech. 30min se učíte jezdit na břiše nebo v sedě, druhou pulku ve stoje. Instruktor vas vede, kdyz nemate zrovna slečnu, co vas misto pomoci pošle spadnout. Zajezdili jsme si zhruba 4x v kazde pul hodince, ale ja porad padala, takze chlapi jezdili dele:) modrin jsem si par odnesla. Neopren dostanete, plavky pod jsou lepsi. Lekci vam pak stahnou na flashku nebo si ji za 180, - muzete koupit. - via google
