DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Paid for a trip via Grabone, conveniently postponed more than 5 times before the coupon ran out. A weather dependent company, never gets in touch with you to tell you if youre on or not. You have to call them, wait more than 12 hours for a reply, and then suffer patronising phone manners. No jump. No refund. NOT HAPPY. Would NOT trust this company with my life. They can't even return phone calls. - via
