We did 3 dives at Koh Phi Phi with them. The equipment looked maintained and we had no issues regarding our Equipment at all. The dives were fun and we saw a lot of wildlife. However the organisation was a bit chaotic and diminished the fun a bit. The divemasters did not speak english very well which made communication very difficult and almost impossible. They seemed to be really great and chill however we could not chat with them or ask them questions as there was the language barrier.
When we first went into the shop there was a lady in there which was not helpful at all and was just looking annoyed about any questions I had regarding their dives. We decided to leave since she was not helpful at all. We gave it another shot the next day in the hope that a different person is in there. We were lucky and this time we got a guy who knew what he was talking about and was also really helpful answering all our questions. He even offered since we could not decide if we wanna do local islands or Koh Phi Phi that we can book the local islands for now and if there will be a group going to the Phi Phi islands then we can join them if we want. This worked out good for us and we ended up doing the Phi Phi Islands. We were a group of 7 people (1 only snorkelling) with 2 dive masters and 2 captains. It would have been 3 people to 1 divemaster, however they had some miscommunication with some of our group so the did not bring enough tanks with them for everyone doing the number of dives they booked. Therefore our 2nd and 3rd dive was 5 and 6 people to 1 divemaster in order for everyone to do the number of dives they booked for.
All in all it was okay but be prepared for a bit of chaos when booking with them. - via
