To say they not only satisfied but exceeded my expectations is a gross understatement. I am disabled, and PCH Scuba was the first shop in the area to welcome me with open arms. They not only took their time making sure I was ready to be certified, but they also took the time and effort to really make sure I was comfortable In the water. My instructors were Brett and Krystle, and they both went far and beyond the basic open water certification to really make sure that I was comfortable.
If there is any sentence to reflect my feelings about the whole process, it would be this: any other dive shop cares about making you a customer. PCH Scuba cares about making you a diver. - via
