The -2 stars was strictly related to how the dive shop treats the environment. The Dive instructor handled the coral to show us things. The boat uses a standard anchor thrown off the boat rather then having permanent buoy near the locations to attach to.
Each time they go out they could potentially damage the coral due to this.
They also are slow to response, we ended up having to go to the dive center and talk to the staff. She was just sitting around doing nothing when we arrived, and was like "oh are you the guys who emailed us. I was going to respond." It had been over 24 hours at this point.
The boat was tiny and was a double out rigger boat, Makes for very poor exit conditions with lots of hazards. Both me and my GF injured ourselves on exit but nothing serious just a bruise or a bump on the head. - via
