Phoenix scuba went above and beyond during my trip with them to Cozumel. 1= I booked a flight 1 day earlier than the regular trip date to save lots on air fare. To my happy surprise my hotel and dive dates were adjusted by Phoenix scuba without me having to say anything. 2= Although I arrived 1 day earlier than the official trip, part of the team arrived that same day and took a few of us under there guidance through the travel and to the hotel. 3= The diving was great, all I worried about was taking pictures. The dive team did all the rest including fixing my broken fin strap at the boat. They gave the overall impression they care and will want to do a great job. - via
