I booked 2 reservations to go diving with a friend on the 4th of January. Due to poor weather we rescheduled our dive for January third. After completing half of our 3 hour drive we revised a text stating that we would not be able to dive that day due to the weather. This is no one’s fault and was fine, I would rather be safe when it comes to sky diving. They offered to reschedule for the 6th but that was after my flight leaves for Wisconsin so it was not possible. The issue began when they refused to refund my 200 dollars in deposits. While it says non refundable in the contract, I assumed I would be able to get my money back in the case of constant poor weather. Now I am left 200 dollars short and no sky diving experience. There is zero reason they could not have given me my deposit back. I’m this case, they chose profits over people which is definitely not what I look for in a sky diving company. Although to their credit, the service people were very nice. If you are a tourist, chose somewhere else to sky dive, they will screw you! - via
