Avoid this poorly run business. Paid for a dive in summer 2020 which was rained out three times that summer. Shop never issued a refund or informed us of our dive credit. Never returned my calls for over 2 years despite calling and leaving messages with staff several dozen times. Shop owner Jeff has the audacity to tell me he’s trying to help me out by having the dive boat honor the credit… which I can’t even use until next year. A grown man is playing games with the money of a twenty-something year old student who is starting his career. Pathetic. - via
