TD1 COMMUNITY BEWARE! I do want share my bad experience, when we got there the attendance guy offer us to buy a tour package that was $68/person, he wanted to sell us tour package only, he was very persistent , we told him we didnt want the package we just wanted to get the Aquatic Park day pass . The Attendance guy was not helpful in guiding us at that point he had an attitude with my family. We ended up having to return to our vehicles and look online to find out we could make reservations to do the aquatic park only. I didnt know that was going to take a turn for the worst. They started checking our bag my son is Type1 Diabetic so people don't understand that he always has to have snacks on him at all time. He explained that we could not take any snacks so I ask the attendance guy to call his manager. My Wife did tried talking to him the Manager had nerve to ask which package did we get, like that had anything to do with what we were talking about he wasn't any help , they didnt offer anything he lied on his review that he stated he offer us a locker to store my sons snacks he made sure to tell his workers to segregate my family in Spanish !! Their excuse was that they had too many All inclusive guest that day when clearly we saw many empty tables. we had to throw away his snacks at the door also, I was never in anyway disrespectful to any employees, he assumed my nephew was her husband.The manager clearly said "this not U.S this Mexico "what kind manager says that? Where is the politeness to the customer? He was so disrespectful to us, but we decided to stay regardless for the sake of the kids. He wasn't looking to be reasonable at that point I felt discriminated against, especially my son that is a Type1 Diabetic. To the owner and team if you wish to respond to my review I'd appreciate your full honesty . - via
