My wife and I were brought here by a friend, as our daughter wanted a wet suit, and I enjoy supporting local shops. What I didn’t expect was the sales person to be very knowledgeable about wetsuits and gave very good recommendations. But, what we would need, the store didn’t have, so the sales person broke the cardinal rule of retail: told us to buy what we need elsewhere, because the shop didn’t have what we needed at the time. That’s customer centric service. Top notch!
