Great attitude. It's very polite to hang up customer phone intentionally. Don't know how this place got 5 stars? Paid for the rating? Was calling to simply ask emailing confirmation of booking skydive course there. Staff hanged up INTENTIONALLY. Very good try. There are many other schools in Ontario teaches skydiving. Better go places else rather than to be treated rude.
Nop, this is exact the place. As you mentioned, “we don’t do email confirmation”. Not that many schools don’t confirm their students on the waitlist neither by email nor by text. Ask your receptionist who was telling me there is only instructor teaching so the waitlist is long. Then I simply asked can you confirm with me on the waitlist by email. “Hum” hanged up. Is this called polite? - via
