We had a very enjoyable and rewarding 10 days at Tilak Lodge, diving at Tofo Scuba (same owner) whenever the weather permitted. The staff, especially Rhia, Bruno, & Nelson, were super helpful, and got us from scuba review to advanced against all the odds (not least of which was that we haven't dived in years). I went from pretty terrified to very comfortable in this period, which is a testament to their skills and confidence building. The diving in early Feb was not all that easy, with big swells and currents, but totally worth it. Saw rays and sharks and eels and dolphins and so many fish species....and absolutely no pollution. Recommend sea sickness pills - and protection against the heat, as the open speedboat gave us a few issues until we got used to it.. - via google
