It was really good, everyone was very nice, talked us through it all and made us feel safe.
I think the whole experience would be a lot better if there was less emphasis on making the video. I explained i didn't want a video, and wasn't going to buy one but the person I was jumping with told me it was part of their job to get the footage which I was understanding of. However, for a once in a lifetime experience - it was a bit distracting 15,000 feet in the air to have someone telling me to wave to the camera etc. I just wanted to enjoy the experience itself and be present. If I was to give any feedback it would be to give the person jumping the option to jump without that kind of distraction/pressure. I was also made to pay an additional £70 on the day insurance for me and my family, which again I understand the importance of, but wish it had been made a bit more clear beforehand that this was going to happen, as opposed to having it sprung on me an hour before jumping.
Otherwise, like i said - good experience overall and friendly people involved. Felt safe the whole time and in the hands of very capable professionals. - via
