It gets a star for the friendliness of the check in staff. Everything else is pretty hideous.
Skipping the finer details the big problem here is security, seems that they have promised jobs to so many people that they have to make work for them to do. That involves having to empty your bag of anything they don’t like such as charging cables, adaptors, phones, shoes, food, pens (or pencils).
This makes the queues for everything else before it unbearable - security theatre at its finest.
Best thing to do is wait until final call for your flight and get whisked through the whole process by an angry airport staff member. - via
