When we first joined your facility, it was an incredible place, and our children learned so much through your programs.
Over the years, however, we have observed a decline in the overall upkeep of the facility and the quality of education provided. It has been disappointing to witness this change, especially given the fantastic start we had with Stone Sports. We understand that maintaining a facility and providing top-notch education can be challenging, but the deterioration was noticeable.
The moment that compelled us to make a difficult decision was when we approached your management to give notice that it would be our last month with Stone Sports. The reception we received during that encounter was quite disheartening. We felt like we were treated as though we were the problem, rather than valued customers expressing genuine concerns. This encounter left us with a heavy heart because Stone Sports was the place where our children learned to swim, and leaving was not a decision we took lightly.
We strongly believe that if Stone Sports didn't prioritize the concerns and experiences of its members, it would inevitably affect other aspects, such as pool maintenance, water quality, showers, and the well-being of your own staff.
Despite our decision to part ways, we hope that Stone Sports can use this feedback constructively. We want to see Stone Sports return to its former glory and continue to positively impact the lives of many other families in the future. We leave with fond memories and a sense of hope for improvement.
