They are never open. I had my tank tested and they said it would be ready in 2 weeks,this was back in August. I live over an hour away and have made the drive 3 times only to find the place closed after checking their hours online and over the phone. It is now mid October and I am moving. They just changed their message to say they won't be open till next week, after I move. I already paid for the filling and service to the tank so I could just pick it up next time I was down there.
