I felt really safe during the dives. They helped a lot, individually. They took it quite strictly that everyone did all the tasks, if it didn't work, then even more than once, but they helped, just as much as was needed. They were supportive and praised a lot. Whenever we met in the area of the base, they had a kind word or a kind question, so no one felt left out. They were ready to help with our changes.
If it could be solved - and they tried to make it possible - they could also provide individual supervision during the dives. (Of course, only the more clumsy ones needed this, like me.) When there was a change of instructor (exceptionally), the instructor shared all the information in a minute, which you need to pay attention to. Be it an earache, clumsiness, or whatever. That way we could feel safe all the time.
They helped to resolve fear and uncertainty.

Az egész csapat segítőkész, kedves. Az összes lüke (kezdő) kérdésünkre válaszoltak. Minden egyes gyakorlatot többször elmondtak, bemutattak türelmesen. A merülések során valóban biztonságban éreztem magam. Rengeteget segítettek, egyénileg is. Meglehetősen szigorúan vették, hogy mindenki megcsinálja az összes feladatot, ha nem ment, akkor akár többször is, de segítettek, pont annyit, amennyire szükség volt.
