Disappointing & frustrating experience.
We live 8 hours from Forster and are enjoying 2 week holiday with limited time to enjoy all that Forster and surrounding areas have to offer.
We had a 9am-11am booking for snorkelling so our days activities had been organised around this booking.
The day was sunny and cloudless and the swell had been low for days.We were asked to call at 8.30 on the day to confirm ,which we did,we were then advised that Gabby was unavailable and to call back at 9.30am.
Gabby then advised us it was cancelled due to it being too choppy. We then called Adam at Forster Dive Centre who promptly answered his mobile who was actually out on the boat conducting a dive tour.
He advised us that conditions were fine for snorkeling and would do his best to organise a trip that morning for us but would call us back to confirm.
He called back as promised and we went out snorkelling and had a great experience.
Adam & Forster Dive Centre team were very professional,friendly and accommodating….a lot that Dive Forster could learn from. - via
